Never grilled a peach you say? Hey, neither had I, but I will again. Grilling the peach enhances the sweetness of the fruits sugar and brings out the flavor. I thought the peach might get, well, mushy...but it didn't. It truly was just sweet deliciousness and it paired just beautifully with the chicken.
Now one last word: the chicken. The glaze on the chicken is lovely. It is slightly sweet and caramelizes slightly on the chicken as it is grilled. It is a great combination of savory and sweet of course enhanced by the grilling process. Now go out, grill, and enjoy!
