Veg Cream Cheese

8 oz block plain cream cheese or neufchatel cheese (taste great, less fat), at room temperature
2 carrots, shredded
3 green onions (white and green sections), sliced thin
1/4 red pepper, finely chopped
- In a small mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese and vegetables, stir together. Store in a Tupperware for up to a week in the refrigerator.
